Hibernian Books is the only secondhand English Bookshop in Barcelona, the cosmopolitan capital city of Catalunya. We are an actual physical shop.
We opened our first shop in May 2004 after boxing (with the help of friends and family) and shipping from Dublin some 30.000 books. In January 2006 we moved to our present location.
With more than 40,000 books in our collection we have a wide range of fiction and non fiction titles in stock. From children's books through to antique novels, we have books to fit every taste and prices to meet every pocket.
Most of our stock is used books, but we also have a small selection of new books. Please check our contact details and location map for exact details on how to find us.
Our book catalogue is now on-line, enabling you to browse our stock. The on-line shop is on its way. We will be able to ship to all parts of Spain and the rest of Europe, providing you with a great value alternative to the "Book Giants" with their exorbitant shipping fees.
